Have you heard the word 'Endometriosis' ?
Well, most people start their answer with "Endo what ?".
Unfortunately, that's the status nowadays.
However, there are movements & emerging voices and activities that may arise awareness
among society.
First, It is a disease. It is a disease which affect fertility women worldwide meaning at ages 12 to 46 yo.
Second, the rate of affected women known with endometriosis is 10%-12% !
Aho !! have you read that ? yes 10%-12% of all fertility woman worldwide - Definitely enormous number of endometriosis cases.
Some more details which certainly dazzling the ears:
* Endometriosis got its name out of the word endometrium which is the external layer of the uterus. As such living cells are placed within the woman body not only at the uterus - endo has a new patient.
* Endometriosis, has 3 different kinds:
1. deep - endometriosis deep lesions and cysts which may be located at every place in the women body. this lesions & cysts cause serious pain & damage to nearest tissues and system during everyday life especially around and during period/ovulation time.
2. ovary - this kind of endometriosis is placed at the ovaries. It is probably damage chances of conception.
3. peritoneal - this endometriosis outcomes in inflammatory at peritoneum which wraps all stomach cavity, which cause severe pain at digestive and urinal systems, also at nervous system etc'.
* Endo women suffer not only their own disease - they suffer form:
* serious difficulties in discovery as a result of poor awareness and poor expertise.
* severe pains (also due in intercourse), fatigue,
* lack of resources.
* ignorance from health care system and society about their illness.
* lack of proper expertise doctors.
* Empathy, proper better dealing systems including national insurance regulations & employers.
* lack of awareness worldwide.
* I can run it till next week for god's sake...
* Endometriosis already took lives of women worldwide. some took their lives, some died as complication issue involving critical system damaged at their bodies and so on ...
* Endometriosis average diagnosis time is a round 6-10 years maybe more.
* Yet, there is no cure. most common treatment is hormone pills which lower period strength.
although this treatment adequate to only some patients.

please consider Endometriosis as a modern serious disease and do your best to learn and arise awareness.
