this is the ultimate attack stroke, which attack players use for accelerating their play.
the forehand spin is very efficient as it's a rapid stroke which spins the ball while bouncing at the partner's side of table.
many techniques are known, yet today's common one is based on burst power evolved from
the feet while knees are flexibly bent. as the body is rotated upon the upcoming ball the player spins the ball using his/her feet, knees, body rotation where as the wrist must be loosed, then rotated direct to the ball at the very moment of outgoing ball in order to achieve maximum spin effect.

Unlike backhand spin, which is burst out of the body's power, position and arm technique will be enough for a decent stroke - forehand spin stroke must consume preliminary actions & thoughts from the player for maximum performance achieved.
