Healthy soup of the day

I have been brought up with an Idea to cook health soup for my wife, which caught a flew for god sake..

So I've decided to make a broccoli sweet-potato soup.

why? cause it's #fresh.. it's #instant making.. it's healthy and kind of easy to prepare.


Ingredients:

2-3 onions,

500 mg broccoli,

2 sweet potatoes,

1 spoon of silan,

1 bag of cooking cream,

1 garlic,

1 ginger,

spices


preparation:

cut all veggies pretty big and fry until it becomes a bit brown..



fry all veggies until becoming a bit brown

then, cover with water, add silan, spices (as Nutmeg, black pepper, ginger) and and boil until all veggies are pretty soft..



cover and boil

now, grind all soup boiled spiced ingredients with the boiled water.


and .. you got it... cheers for your health
