Last week I wanted to strenth my family's immune system...

So, I thought to myself: what instant healthy dish shall I prepare which last me minimum time to bring up with, nevertheless, still much healthy, no junk ingridients, fresh & healthy ?

Then, after couple of seconds the target was Announced: Orange healthy soup.

here it goes, write down and roll it over:

Ingredients:

300 gm pumpkin,

3 carrots,

2 onions,

1-2 garlic,

1-2 ginger,

spices:

preparation:

put all ingridiants under 1 liter hot water and boil for 45 seconds.

Then, use a kitchen-aid or blender to blend all boiled ingridients all together.

Then scrape fresh ginger & garlic all over and

you got it !
